As of June 25, 2013, the 'mxtclnet' package is now deprecated.  The 
commands provided here have been replaced by versions written in C
of 'mxget' and 'mxput'.  If you still want them, the old Tcl-based
commands are now installed as 'mxtclget' and 'mxtclput'.
